For bathroom installations, customers are responsible for purchasing the suite, flooring, and tiles.
Shower installations requires customers to buy the shower cubicle, tiles, toilet, flooring, basin, and personal accessories.
Radiators and hot water services involve customers buying the radiator and hot water cylinder for the job.
If customers request us to obtain specific materials not from our regular suppliers, there will be a standard charge for the time it takes to procure them.
Blockages
We attempt to clear all blockages, but please note we do not have equipment for soil pipes. A basic fee will be charged whether the blockage is cleared or not. Please understand that we are not specialists in drainage and soil pipes
Emergency Call-Outs
In case of emergencies, we'll promptly stop the leak and charge that as a job. As soon as payment is made, we will provide a separate quote for the repair. Payments will include materials and business costs in full. During promotional periods, we may offer labour cost discounts.
Washing Machines
If customers provide proof of purchasing an appliance from a charity shop with a receipt, we offer a discount. Due to the weight of the appliance, this service will involve a mixed team to ensure a smooth installation process.

Inspect the tiles for cracks

Contracts will be drawn up as a part of the installation process
Replace the washer in the siphon or the flush valve

Take apart the toilet to install a new flush valve.
